ESG Practice in the Local Community

「ESG의지역사회실천」은 UN 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)와 ESG의 개념을 이해하고, 지속가능발전과 지역사회 문제를 탐구하는 교양과목입니다.
강의에서는 ESG 및 SDGs의 정의와 역사, 국내외 지속가능한 개발 사례, 지역사회 문제 발굴, ESG를 활용한 해결방안, 지속가능한 도시·지역과 개인의 삶 등을 다룹니다. 특히 학생들이 지역사회 문제를 직접 발굴하고 ESG 관점의 해결 아이디어를 제안함으로써 지속가능발전의 가치를 실생활에 적용할 수 있도록 교육하고 있습니다.
강의계획서에서는 본 교과목의 목표를 SDGs와 ESG의 필요성을 인지하고 실생활에서 실천 의지를 갖도록 하는 것으로 제시하고 있습니다.

ESG Practice in the Local Community is a general education course designed to help students understand the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ESG and explore sustainable development issues within local communities.
The course covers the definition and history of ESG and the SDGs, domestic and international sustainable development cases, identification of local community issues, ESG-based solutions, and sustainable cities, communities and individual lifestyles. Students identify community issues and propose solutions from an ESG perspective, connecting sustainability concepts with practical social challenges.

Consumption and Consumers in the ESG Era

「ESG시대의소비와소비자」는 지속가능발전과 ESG 경영을 중심으로 기업·사회·소비자의 관계와 변화하는 소비가치를 학습하는 교양과목입니다.
학생들은 ESG의 개념과 특징, 소비트렌드와 소비가치, 기업·정부·민간조직의 ESG 활용, ESG 인증제도, 그린워싱 사례 및 ESG 경영의 향후 전망 등을 학습합니다.
또한 지속가능한 발전과 ESG 경영의 새로운 가치에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 기업과 조직, 학교 등에 적용할 수 있는 ESG 아이디어를 제안하는 활동을 통해 지속가능성에 대한 실천적 이해를 높이고 있습니다.

Consumption and Consumers in the ESG Era explores sustainable development and ESG management through the changing relationship among businesses, society and consumers.
Students examineESG concepts and characteristics, consumer trends and values, ESG practices in corporations, government and private organisations, ESG certification systems, greenwashing, and the future of ESG management.The course also encourages students to develop ESG ideas applicable to companies, organisations and the University.
